Target Organ Systems
Interactions
- Magnesium (synergistic): Same elemental mineral â glycinate is a preferred low-GI form.
- Magnesium L-threonate (synergistic): Often stacked: glycinate for systemic Mg and sleep onset, threonate for CNS penetration and memory.
- Magnesium Citrate (synergistic): Use glycinate instead if citrate's laxative effect is dose-limiting.
Notes
Glycinate form well-tolerated GI; preferred for sleep stack.
