Very high concentration (≥35%) withanolide glycosides from root only. Polar glycoside-rich profile contrasts with the more aglycone-rich KSM-66 and Sensoril. Sleep-latency and PSQI endpoints are the distinctive clinical signal — Langade 2021 RCT showed SOL dropping from 82 → 30 min in insomniacs at 120 mg/d over 8 weeks. Lower dose than other branded extracts (120 mg/d vs 600 mg KSM-66) reflects the concentration difference.
