Dimethyl ether analog of resveratrol — the two 3,5 methoxy groups block glucuronidation, giving much better systemic exposure. Shares SIRT1 activation and AMPK stimulation with resveratrol but at lower doses. Small RCTs show modest LDL reduction at 125 mg/d.
