Pharmacological Mechanism

Sermorelin (GHRH 1-29) with 4 amino-acid substitutions (D-Ala² / Gln⁸ / Ala¹⁵ / Leu²⁷) that resist DPP-IV degradation — extends plasma t½ ~4× vs native sermorelin (~30 min vs ~11 min). Distinct from DAC-variant CJC-1295 which has much longer t½.
