Mod-GRF(1-29) with a N-terminal maleimidopropionyl lysine 'drug-affinity complex' (DAC) that covalently binds serum albumin via cysteine-34. Albumin binding extends plasma t½ to ~7 days — a 'constant GHRH tone' rather than pulsatile. Elevates GH + IGF-1 at steady state, possibly at cost of pituitary tachyphylaxis.
