Selective GHSR-1a (ghrelin receptor) agonist — drives pulsatile GH release without raising ACTH, cortisol, or prolactin. Cleaner receptor specificity than GHRP-2/GHRP-6/hexarelin. Short plasma t½ mandates divided dosing.
