Humanised anti-TNFα Fab' fragment conjugated to a 40 kDa branched polyethylene glycol (PEG) moiety. Lacks the IgG Fc region → no complement activation, no antibody-dependent cytotoxicity, and importantly no FcRn-mediated transplacental transfer (preferred anti-TNF during pregnancy). PEGylation extends half-life and reduces immunogenicity compared to native Fab'.
