Reticular Cell

Fibroblast-like cells that produce reticular fibers, forming the structural framework (stroma) of various lymphatic and hematopoietic organs (e.g., spleen, lymph nodes, bone marrow).

Key Functions:

• Forms the reticular network that supports immune cells.
• Provides structural integrity to lymphatic organs.
• Involved in antigen presentation and immune cell trafficking.
