Pan-genotypic HCV NS5A inhibitor — combined with sofosbuvir as Epclusa for 12-week pan-genotypic regimen including decompensated cirrhosis. CYP2C8 + CYP2B6 + CYP3A4 substrate; gastric acid required for absorption (PPI co-administration lowers F).
