Synthetic 19-nor (estrane) androgen; a very high-affinity AR full agonist (~3× testosterone) resistant to both 5α-reduction and aromatization, so it does not convert to estrogen. Strongly anabolic with marked androgenic and progestogenic activity. Veterinary growth promoter; abused for lean-mass gain with aggressive HPG suppression and no estrogenic offset.
