Multi-target antiseizure — blocks Na+ + Ca²⁺ channels, enhances GABA-A, antagonizes AMPA / kainate, weak carbonic anhydrase inhibition. Migraine prophylaxis + weight-loss combination (Qsymia). Cognitive slowing, paresthesias, kidney stones (CA inhibition).
