Contains quassinoids (eurycomanone — dominant bioactive), alkaloids, and eurypeptides. Proposed mechanism: SHBG reduction (freeing bound testosterone) + mild cortisol reduction. Multiple RCTs show modest total / free testosterone rise in stressed or hypogonadal men over 4–12 weeks; effect size smaller than TRT but reproducible.
