Pharmacological Mechanism

Anthelmintic — depolarizing neuromuscular blocker for worms (nicotinic ACh agonist at parasite NMJ → spastic paralysis). OTC for pinworm; one-dose treatment with optional 2-week repeat. Minimally absorbed.
