Arylcyclohexylamine dissociative; an NMDA-receptor open-channel blocker (also inhibits DAT and binds sigma) producing anesthesia, hallucination, analgesia, and characteristic agitation/dissociation. Long, unpredictable action with agitation and occasional violence at high doses.
