19-nortestosterone; a potent androgen-receptor full agonist with a high anabolic-to-androgenic ratio. A poor 5α-reductase substrate (reduced to weaker dihydronandrolone), lowering androgenic action in skin/prostate, but it aromatizes to estrogenic metabolites and is also progestogenic. Suppresses the HPG axis; the decanoate depot gives a long detection window.

PK is the depot-ester terminal half-life — Bagchus 2005 (PMID:15713722) verbatim "the terminal half-life was 7-12 d" after IM nandrolone decanoate in healthy men; authored as 240 h (≈10 d midrange).
