Selective sinoatrial-node funny-current (If) inhibitor — slows HR without affecting contractility, conduction, or BP. Approved for heart failure with sinus rhythm + HR ≥ 70 bpm on max β-blocker. Phosphenes (visual brightness) from retinal Ih channel blockade.
