A minor monohydroxylated indole alkaloid of yohimbe bark (Pausinystalia johimbe) — a "hydroxyl yohimbine" analog detected in bark extracts. The name covers positional isomers (e.g. 10- and 11-hydroxyyohimbine, also oxidative metabolites of yohimbine); all share the formula C21H26N2O4. Pharmacology of the isolated constituent is not characterised.
