Phenanthrene-class AChE inhibitor + nicotinic ACh receptor positive allosteric modulator. Naturally derived from Galanthus / Lycoris bulbs. Dual mechanism — ACh elevation plus nAChR sensitization — distinguishes it from donepezil/rivastigmine.
