Pharmacological Mechanism

Inhaled / intranasal corticosteroid with the longest receptor binding among ICS class — supports once-daily dosing. Combined with vilanterol (Breo) + with vilanterol + umeclidinium (Trelegy) for asthma + COPD triple-therapy.
