Pharmacological Mechanism

S-enantiomer of omeprazole — slower CYP2C19 metabolism than the racemate gives modestly higher steady-state AUC. Same H+/K+-ATPase mechanism. CYP2C19 inhibitor (clopidogrel DDI relevant).
