Pharmacological Mechanism

D-enantiomer of aspartate — accumulates in pituitary + testes where it stimulates GnRH / LH / testosterone release acutely. Modest short-term testosterone bump (~30%) in untrained men attenuates / reverses by week 3+. Weak ergogenic / libido effect.
