Pharmacological Mechanism

Microtubule + NLRP3 inhibitor at 0.5 mg/d for cardiovascular event prevention. LoDoCo2 + COLCOT trials showed ~30% MACE reduction in stable CAD patients on top of statins. Distinct indication from acute gout dosing.
