Mixture of zuclomiphene + enclomiphene isomers. Antagonizes estrogen receptor at the hypothalamus, removing negative feedback → increased GnRH → increased FSH/LH → increased gonadal steroid output. In women, induces ovulation; in men, raises endogenous testosterone without exogenous androgen exposure.
