Ester of DMAE (dimethylaminoethanol) + p-chlorophenoxyacetic acid. Hydrolyses to DMAE which crosses BBB → cholinergic effects (weak choline precursor). Also removes lipofuscin (age pigment) in preclinical studies — the 'anti-aging' rationale.
