Pharmacological Mechanism

Bicyclic ketone monoterpene. TRPV1 + TRPV3 + TRPM8 modulation produces both warming and cooling sensations. Topical analgesic / antipruritic in liniments. Toxic at oral doses > 30 mg/kg in children.
