Pharmacological Mechanism

Selective NET inhibitor — increases cortical NE + DA (NET co-clears DA in prefrontal cortex). No striatal DA effect → no abuse liability (hence non-scheduled). Takes 4–6 weeks for full effect, unlike same-day stimulant response.
