CNS stimulant; releases dopamine and norepinephrine from presynaptic vesicles via VMAT2 reversal + reuptake inhibition (DAT/NET). Used for ADHD and narcolepsy. Clinically logged as mixed amphetamine salts (Adderall: 75% d-, 25% l-amphetamine) or lisdexamfetamine prodrug (Vyvanse → d-amphetamine).
