Benzimidazole anthelmintic — binds parasite β-tubulin disrupting microtubule assembly → glucose uptake failure → starvation. Broad spectrum: pinworm, hookworm, whipworm, neurocysticercosis, hydatid disease. Hepatotoxic; bone marrow suppression at high cumulative doses.
